The Concepcion-Carrier Air Conditioning Company was founded in January 1998. It is a joint-venture agreement between the two giants in the air-conditioning industry: Concepcion Industries, Inc. - the industry leader in the Philippine air-conditioner market and the Dominant name in the appliance industry through such brands as Carrier, Condura and Kelvinator. Carrier Corporation - is the world's largest air-conditioning company. For close to 100 years, Carrier has cooled more homes and establishments than any other brand. Carrier Corporation has been the world's leading manufacturer and marketer of HVAC equipment since Willis Havilland Carrier invented the basics of modern air conditioning in 1902. Today, headquartered in Farmington, Connecticut, USA, and operating in 145 countries, Carrier combines its global HVAC and refrigeration expertise with the superior customer responsiveness of its local operations to lead nearly every geographic market.
