QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business
Administration, or Computer Science.
• Knowledgeable in business analysis, project management, and
process improvement implementation.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in any business analysis
or project management role for a financial or non-financial institution.
• Solid communication skills (oral and written), strong
analytical skills, exposure to the project lifecycle, multi-dimensional
thinker, and multi-tasker.
• Persistent, curious, and with an ardent desire to learn new
processes/standards/industry practices and creativity.
