Maintenance Supervisor (Canlubang)

Experience your best self with URC!  Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor.   What are the Roles and Responsibilities? Plans and supervises the daily preventive and corrective maintenance and scheduled preventive maintenance activities of the plant.Checks and ensures that all machines and equipment are in good running condition; ensures immediate repair of machines or equipment on breakdown.Controls operating cost by strictly adhering to manpower standards, and using cost-effective but functional parts.Prepares and ensures timely submission of maintenance records to indicate repair works done.Initiates improvement projects related to process, operations, and work simplifications.Ensures consistent implementation, training and maintenance of Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety Procedures.Promotes discipline and good working attitude among his subordinates.Informs the Manager, Maintenance or Manager 2, Production on all matter affecting maintenance operations.Performs other functions as may be assigned by superior from time to time. What are the Qualifications? Must be engineering graduate, Mechanical or Electrical with at least two years supervisory experience in related field.With leadership skills and good supervisory skills in planning, leading, organizing and controlling.Computer Literate.Can work under pressure.  COMPANY OVERVIEW Universal Robina Corporation (URC) is one of the largest branded consumer food and beverage product companies in the Philippines.
