The Technical Recruiter's responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.

This also includes networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

Regular Shift Schedule,

Responsibility:

Sourcing the right candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements, Headhunting, and Networking & Employee Referrals.Responsible for a preliminary interviewExperience negotiating compensation to close a candidate.Submit qualified candidates to open job requirementsBuild and maintain strong and productive Client relationshipsProfessionally manage client expectations.Ability to work under pressure, prioritize appropriately, meets deadlines, and juggle simultaneous demands.End-to-End IT / Software Developer RecruitmentFoster long-term relationships with candidate

Qualification:

Graduate of any 4-year course2 to 4 years of relevant recruitment experience working in large, professionally managed firms, with exposure to a highly matrixed local and global reporting environment.Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.Strong understanding of the local hiring market for the relevant technology skill sets.Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, online tests, reference check, etc.)Proven experience in managing an end-to-end recruitment process.Ability to work under pressure, prioritize appropriately, meets deadlines, and juggle simultaneous demands.Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype/Zoom, and structured)Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to deliver resultsWilling to report onsite in Ortigas
