PROJECT MANAGEMENT
1. Manage and ensure completion of projects within the given deadline and within budget.
2. Ensure process of project proposals have a 3 days TAT from date of receipt of request for quotation. 3. No occurrence of project delay due to lack of manpower/workforce or tools of trade (budget, vehicle, materials). 4. No instance of late response to quotation on assistance of POIC/ASE/Lead by CS Officer. BUDGET MANAGEMENT
5. Ensure POIC/ASE/Lead/Supervisor submit liquidation after every completion of project.
6. Miscellaneous expenses should not exceed 5% of total Project unless prompted by management.
SERVICE TRAINING AND MonITORING
7. Approval and Monitoring of deployment of POIC/ASE/Lead/Supervisor on different projects.
8. Ensure completion of training of POIC/ASE to become Service Lead, Service Lead to become Service Supervisor.
9. Ensure continuous technical training and development of the team members.
10. Ensure technical scorecards are being accomplished by the team.
SERVICE ConTRACT GENERATION
11. Generate service contracts and other services unique to the market as initiatives of the Service Team 12. Lead and ensure that upselling of products and services of LPI is done by the Service Team.
13. Make Service Team a profit center for the Company.
OTHER DELIVERABLES
15. Submit weekly reports as may be requested by the management. 16. Performs works according to established policies and professional standards and ensures strict adherence to safety protocols, procedures and standards. 17. Performs other functions and activities, whether related or unrelated to the position, which may be assigned from time to time as dictated by business exigencies.
