Junior Technicalist/Engineer (PCO and SO)

Candidate must be a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineer,Must be a registered/accredited PCO and has a good exposure on DENR/DOE/DOLE/LLDA mandatory reports,Must have a vast experience on machine maintenance and troubleshooting,With BOSH training and certificate, with in-depth knowledge of basic OSH and Pollution Control policies;A.  SCOPE OF WORKPRIMARY

1.   Maintenance of different kinds of machines, electrical facilities and equipment and ACU’s used in the entire operation.

·        Power Press Machines

·        Hydraulic Press Machine

·        Seal Press Machines

·        Air press Machines

·        Laminating Machines

·        Cutting/Slitting Machines

·    Electrical facilities and equipment’s (i.e. Panels, Breakers, Junction Boxes, etc.)

·        Electrical control Room

·        Generator Set Room

·        Chemical Storage

·        Air Conditioning Unit (ACU)

A.  RESPONSIBILITIES

1.   Report to immediate Superior any machine trouble or breakdown and electrical trouble or maintenance concern pertaining to electrical, mechanical, and air-conditioning system encountered in the Production and the entire electrical of the company.

2.   Assist immediate Superior to perform machine repair, preventive maintenance checklist monitoring on daily basis and preparation of scheduled Preventive Maintenance activity.

3.   Perform Scheduled Preventive Maintenance of machines, electrical facilities and equipment used in production.

4.   Responsible for the issuance of Machine Notification Report for machine breakdown and Electrical Work Order Request (EWOR) in case breakdown occur on the Air-conditioning Units (ACU’s) and electrical facilities and equipment.

5.   Alternately prepares a periodic Preventive Maintenance Checklist used in production.

6.   Maintain ad orderly and clean work area.

7.   Report to Dept. Manager / immediate Superior some difficult problems that may affect the process in the production.

8.   Perform and prepare Preventive Maintenance Report and New Machine Qualification Activities.

9.   Observe proper Safety Regulation in dealing maintenance task.

10. Responsible for encoding maintenance breakdown activity details in Machine History and electrical and ACU breakdown maintenance details on Electrical Maintenance History Records.
