BASIC FUNCTION:
Assists and supervises the entire human resources activities such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Professional and Organizational Development, Employee Relations and other administrative functions.Ensures safety and good working environment within the Company premises.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in developing and Implementing Human Resources Programs.Develops, evaluates and validates employee selection strategies to acquire highly qualified and competent personnel.Identifies legal requirements and government reportorial regulations affecting human resources function and ensures compliance.Assists in the review of existing wage and salary program, benefits package based on labor market and organizational requirements to determine competitiveness in coordination with Department HR/GA Manager.Assists in the development of department goals and objectives.Coordinates the implementation of people related services, policies and programs.Assists in administering and communicating personnel policies and procedures.Participates in management and company staff meetings, attends forums and seminars.Prepares report, drafts department budget and ensures thoroughness of same.Provides assistance to different departments/sections regarding HR/GA related matters.Assists in Handling industrial and labor related issues and concerns.Establishes linkage and attends external affairs with government, private entities and community relations.Facilitates employee discipline.Assists and coordinates with other sections/departments in resolving conflicts.Provides necessary assistance to the Davao Branch through periodic visits and constant communication.Ensures HR Activities and Company events are well planned and properly managed.Ensures confidentiality of records, information, documents, etc.Oversees Professional and Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition and other HR/GA functions including Health & Safety Standards.Supervises HR Staff and assists in resolving non-routine issues in their respective areas.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Graduate of four (4) year course either in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management and/or HR Graduate StudiesThree (3) to Five (5) Years experience as HR/GA ManagerWell versed in Philippine Labor Code is an advantageGood in verbal & written communication skillsStrong Leadership SkillsComputer Savvy
