FACILITIES TECHNICIAN

The job requires expertise in electrical works, sound background in all aspect of mechanical works and hands-on application in refrigeration and air-conditioning works. Carpentry, mason, painting and welding works is a plus factor but not to be totally emphasized. Responsible for ensuring smooth operation of electrical equipment like MVSG, LVSG, ATS, LBS, ACB, MCB, Transformers, Capacitor Banks, MCC, Generators, Electric Motors, through regular walkthrough checklist recording and conduct of regular preventive maintenance.
