REQUIREMENTS:
Environmental Engineering Graduates and/or any related course or equivalent.Have at least 2 years related work experience in any industrial or poultry plant.Be knowledgeable in ISO Quality Management Systems and Good Manufacturing PracticesPossess above average leadership skills as well as sound judgment and decision-making capabilitiesHave superior analytical skills and have good interpersonal/communication skillsCan work with less supervision.Area of Assignment: Cagayan de Oro CityREPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitates and secures the necessary permit. Ensures permits are valid and updated.Ensure pollution control is effectiveSolid Waste collection is in full and on time. 100% compliance to schedule.Hazardous Wastes storage and disposal are monitored and controlledMaintain liaison with the city/provincial or municipal or local pollution control officersIn-charge and supervise the proper operation and maintenance of pollution control facilities of the plant.Diligent monitoring and preparing of reports (SMR and CMR), most especially on the compliance on pollution controls and preventions.Ensure to keep abreast with the requirements of the plant and the latest available technology on the prevention, control and abatement of pollution.Facilitate compliance of the plant with the requirements that may time to time be prescribed by the Government.
