Roles and Responsibilities:1.Performs complex operational duties in a relevant process or product area within agreed level of authority.2.Develops key stakeholder relationships and manages expectations in order to ensure the best service is delivered to customers.3.Ensures standards are met and the governance framework adhered to in order to maintain service levels.4.Provides coaching and mentoring to the team.5.Analyses MI and identifies areas of improvement in order to drive operational efficiency and continuous performance of service and to promote Aviva brand values and standards.6.May manage relationships and implement sourcing strategies of external suppliers, partners or contractors to ensure adherence to contract and regulatory compliance.7.
