1. Prepares and meets the operating budget covering the technical requirements as set in the Annual Operating Plan for the following areas
· Repairs and Maintenance
· Preventive Maintenance Program
2. Responsible for the technical services for the property assigned covering the following
· Repairs and Maintenance
· Preventive Maintenance
3. Responsible for the completion, oversight, monitoring, vendor coordination and business reporting on all technical projects conducted within the property assigned
4. Acts as liaison to all external groups covering the local barangay, utility companies, local and city governments covering technical matters.
5. Supervises all technical vendor services conducted and provided within the property assigned.
6. Prepares and reports on all established Key Performance Indicators at the monthly Business Review meeting
7. Ensures customer satisfaction on facilities
8. Ensures compliance to internal policies in the general administration of the property
9. To represent J&JPTC in property related matters within the community
Job Qualifications
1. Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Licensed Engineer is a plus but not mandatory
2. Minimum of three (3) year’s work experience in a similar and related capacity
3. Specific Knowledge:
· Property and Building facilities operation and maintenance
· Familiarity with the National Building Code and compliance requirements
· Technical drawings and plans reading and assessments
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
4. Business Understanding: Service, Construction and Project Vendor operations.
