MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

JOB DEscriptION | MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORDepartment      : HR & ADMINReporting to     : Vice President for Finance and AdminAdministrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:1.     Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.2.     Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as perforecasted workloads.3.     Employ, supervise and train workers.4.     Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.5.     Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.6.     Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.7.     Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.8.     Conduct preventative maintenance work.9.     Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.10. Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.11. Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time12. Comply with the Warehouse's strict requirements for Relative Humidity.Maintenance Supervisor Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineering/ Technical Degree 2 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor (essential).Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures, and maintenance.Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.Effective budgeting and performance management.Fantastic organizational and leadership skills.Great eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.Computer-literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related communication tools.Great time management skills.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Employee Benefits:PROBATIonARY PERIOD** Will be included in a group accident Insurance** With performance appraisal upon regularization depending on the performance assessment.** Government Mandatory Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF)REGULAR Employee** With Group Life and Accident Insurance** HMO** Performance Bonus every end of the year (depending on the Performance evaluation)** Company Leave entitlement for Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, and Emergency Leave** Government Mandatory Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF)
