Job Responsibilities
1. Forecast analysis and monthly of average usages and issuances
2. Monitors raw and packaging material inventories as well as creation of Purchase request and monitoring of material unit availability for use
3. Updating of database by recording material usages and issuances while accuracy with other pertinent documents and with SAP.
4. Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials products.
5. Report preparation
6. Filling and organizing of PPIC documents
7. Perform any other PPIC activities as delegated by PPIC Supervisor
Work Experience and Skills Requirement
1. At least fresh grad or with 6 months – 1-year relevant experience in materials planning, inventory management or production planning;
2. Team player with strong inter personal skills;
3. MS Office proficient especially in MS Excel
4. Experience with Lean manufacturing is an advantage
Education Requirements
1. Candidate must be a graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or BS Management Engineering
2. Professional license is not a requirement but is an advantage
