Facilities Officer - Calamba Laguna

Manage warehouse facilities including its power and water utilities, its material handling equipment (conveyor, dumb elevator, trolley etc), compressed air system, air condition and ventilation system, racking system, electrical power system and its standby generator, fire suppression and detection system, IDAS and the likes Ensure that the approved standard operating procedures are being followed and maintenance programs are being executed properlyIn-charge of asset Tracking and maintaining facilities in good working conditionsEnsure timely reporting related to Environmental Program (Go Green)Responsible for the technical reviews, selection and implementation of all facilities assets and activitiesEnsure on time repairs and execution of maintenance base on the Facility maintenance programCheck the Facility/ equipment availability and allocations base on the needs of warehouse operations versus target outputDaily walk through for the facility current status and check for non standards and for improvementWarehouse site inspectionsCompliance in RA 7920 Article !V, personnel requirement (Sec 33) as required by PEZA 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

College Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering courseRegistered Electrical EngineerRegistered Master Electrician Board Passer, is an advantageKnowledgeable in Building Administrator/ MaintenanceKnowledgeable in Troubleshooting in MEFPS tradeWith at least 3 years work experience in the same fieldHighly Analytic and can communicate effectivelySafety Trainings certification is an advantage
