Conceptualize and supervises implementation of motivational and wellness programs of the Company to maintain high level of employee morale, motivation, and productivity.Supervises the conduct of daily visit to the plant of HR personnel to gather concerns and coordinates resolution to address them.Coordinates and conducts Learning Session for Supervisors.Supervises the implementation of Labor Management Council (LMC) programs and activities.Approves unscheduled leave applications as First Level Approver and conduct counseling if necessary.Supervises the activities pertaining to employee welfare/assistance – home visits to employees on prolonged sick leave or bereaved family members of the employees.Conducts orientation of new employees on the Company policies and ensures continuous orientation and reorientation of such policies and procedures.Aids in formulation of policies related to employee relations.Assists in the Labor Management Meetings. Assists in Sectoral Meetings.Assists in handling Disciplinary Action Cases.Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.Thorough understanding of state and national laws concerning labor relations.Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.Ability to remain tactful, calm, and persuasive in controversial and/or confrontational situations.Bachelors degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources or related field required.Proven experience as HR SupervisorWilling to be assigned at Santa Rosa Laguna
