MAINTENANCE & FACILITY MANAGER

The Maintenance Manager ensures the availability and reliability of machinery, infrastructure, and support equipment. In the absence of available Maintenance personnel, the Maintenance Manager undertakes the hands-on repair and maintenance works of any production, fabrication, and machine shop machinery to minimize the Plant operations downtime. He ensures the availability of tools and spare parts needed to maintain the machine and equipment. He provides availability and organizes machine and equipment history records. Maintenance Managers are responsible for developing maintenance procedures and ensuring their implementation throughout the facility. He exhibits leadership capability and can train, develop and improve the technical know-how of his people

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead his team in their daily maintenance routine works and activityManage and ensure machine and equipment availability and reliability. Perform hands-on repair and maintenance as necessary.Manage and perform routine machine inspection and monitoring ensuring that the machine and equipment are in good working condition. Manage and prepares a plan and installation specifications for new machines as well as existing machine relocation works.Ensure the machine and equipment are in compliance with EHS.Manage and ensure an organized machine repair and maintenance history records and documentation compliance.Manage and ensure availability of machine spare parts and tools for repair and maintenance, and able to specify correctly the proper spare parts specifications to comply with the purchasing procedure.Ensure spare parts management and control of maintenance stores warehouse including maintaining of 5S practices in the area.  Prepare and improve maintenance procedures, monitoring, and maintenance checklist. Provide assistance and support to the facility team in performing building maintenanceProvide assistance and support to the facility team in performing building maintenanceTrain and develop existing maintenance personnel to improve their technical know-how.

QUALIFICATIONS

License Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) with a valid Professional license by the government Professional regulators (PRC- Professional Regulation Commission) with strong background/knowledge in the repair and maintenance of Precision Machine Shop equipment, metal fabrication equipment, Production and painting machines, and other support equipment. ie; CNC-computerized numerical control machines, CNC lathe, Plasma, power press machine, cutter, saw, TIG/MIG/Spot/Aluminum welding machines, air compressor, power generators, fire protection and detections system, airconditioning, forklifts, and the likes.with strong knowledge in motor electrical and control systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, variable speed drive motor, PLC or programmable logic controller, and able to read machine electrical and mechanical diagrams.with strong knowledge in building electrical and mechanical systems in compliance with the Government regulatory compliancewith basic knowledge in TPM, ISO 9001, 5S, RCA (root cause analysis, 4M and 5 why), and environmental and safety standards.with basic knowledge in wastewater treatment equipment and operationswith strong knowledge in building electrical and mechanical power supply systemwith basic knowledge in the repair and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
