Responsibilities:
Acts as HR's frontline representative and ensures that business concerns and HR's requirements are effectively facilitated and coordinated with the concerned HR functional specialist/s.Responsible for facilitating business requirements of client team/s under area of responsibility.Maintain regular contact with team head/s and client manager/s to know their priorities, requirements, concerns and issues that impact on HR, and relays the relevant information and business requirements immediately to concerned HR functional specialist/s to be able to effectively address the concerns and issues to deliver seamless service to client teams.Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process and provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation to employees.Responsible for creating the attendance reports for payroll purposes.Perform other responsibilities as deemed necessary.Qualifications:
Graduate with a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or a related field.Exposure to and knowledge of a diverse range of HR facets including resourcing, learning and development, total rewards, employee relations, and HR administration.
