Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering Chemical or ElectronicsAt least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.General Description:Manage Production Engineering activities and contribute to the growth and profitability of the Company thru management team handling. Handle product and process improvement as well as new products. development/introduction, material qualification, and machine improvement.Duties and Responsibilities:Sets key objective to be achieved by the section and establishes detailed business and target.Keep track of the status of all projects in his/her section by setting a monitoring scheme to achieve the timely execution of projects.Ensure projects are prioritized according to the needs of the company and the end customers.Review Validation Protocol and Results.Review result of Risk Management and Post Production Protocols and Results.Ensures that ISO, 5S, Safety, and GMP are observed by his/her section at all times.Develops a procedure to standardize the work that must be done uniformly in order to achieve a business plan.Coordinate all projects and delegate work to subordinates and entrust responsibilities and authorities.
