JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed Mechanical or Electrical EngineerAt least 3 years of working experience in the same capacity exposed in Vertical ConstructionAdvise the Project Manager of any technical aspects of the mechanical services that may affect construction progressReview the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of site works with regard to MEPF services and report to the Project Manager on the sameManage the daily operations of the MEPF TeamPrepares and submits necessary reports and documents required by the ManagementMust have good oral and written communication skillsHighly analytical & organized, decisive & possesses strong planning skills
