The Inventory Planning and Allocation Analyst is tasked to keep every store stocked by allocating and replenishing stores with the right merchandise at the right time and the right quantity while maintaining profitable inventory levels. They will also assist the Product Planning Managers and Merchandisers in planning for future product buys and their optimum distribution.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitoring store category sales, supervising physical inventory, identifying trends, and monitoring the timing and scope of seasonal changes,Manages the replenishment process for basic itemsSet up replenishment parameters on SAP replenishment system/functionalityAssists the planner in assortment, purchase monitoring & planningAnalyze replenishment management performance and make recommendationsCollaborate with cross-functional team on replenishment requirement to drive inventory to meet stock targets.Plan and manage inventory levels using the Open to Buy and Merchandise Plans as the tool.Analyze sales trend and inventory level by store & product line.Analyzes the business against sales, inventory and gross margin (&/or COG) by week, and month for the ties against forecast.Works with cross-functional team to ensure timely and accurate execution of new store assortments and quantities.Analyze replenishment management performance and make recommendationsCollaborate with cross-functional team on replenishment requirement to drive inventory to meet stock targets.QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administraion or other related coursesAt least one year of related work experience is an advantageFresh graduates are welcome to apply!
