Boiler/ Energy Supervisor

Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of Mechanical Engineer- Preferably Licensed Mechanical Engineer- Minimum five (5) to ten (10) years of working experience in Boiler Operations- Minimum two (2) to three (3) years experience in Supervisory Position - Knowledgeable in all Boiler Operation, Auxiliary, Water Treatment and Pollution Control- Good Leadership Skill- Handles Pressure professionally- Good oral and written communicationDuties and Responsibilities:1. In-charge of Continuous operation of boilers in compliance with production plan and plant operation plan, with coordination with boiler maintenance2. In-charge of Boilers assessment in terms of:    a. Safety of Manpower and Plant    b. Boiler Efficiency    c. Environment Compliance    d. Cost efficiency     e. Schedule Compliance3. Consolidates and analyzes reports of Boilers Operation summary (daily ; weekly ; monthly ; quarterly and yearly) (Boiler steam generation vs. plan, fuel consumption vs. plan, water consumption vs. plan, boiler chemicals compliance , parts and auxiliary status , target improvement)4. Consolidates and analyzes report for Fuel consumption.5. Consolidates and analyzes reports for Boiler Status to coordinate to Boiler Maintenance.6. Consolidates reports for Boiler Improvement for Operation and procedure7. Checks and approve boilers plan according to production plan8. Oversees operation of Boilers.
