Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Computer literateEffective communication skillsDriving SkillsPreferably 3-5 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.Job Summary: Ensures that all FAVI Personnel are updated on the latest technical information related to our products and keep personnel at the cutting edge of automotive industry. Coordinate with all branches, FGP, Government Agencies, other dealers and suppliers as necessary. Maintain the employees training records, training equipment, training room and all service literature. Also complies and implements environmental safety programs and practices, and any other duties as assigned.Duties and Responsibilities:Facilitates and coordinates training regarding technical updates, product knowledge and product information about Ford vehicles and dealer operationsMonitor and facilitates FSA (Field Service action) and RecallsKeeps and maintains the latest service literature and makes them accessible to all technicians and employees who may need themConstructs technical reports and PCR (Product Concern report) for the techniciansUtilize OASIS (On-Line Automotive Service Information System) to assist technicians and service advisors on diagnosisUpdate Tools Inventory and ensure completeness of needed special tools and makes it available to all branchesAssist technician on difficult diagnosis, repeat-repairs and road test if necessaryProvides copies of wiring diagrams and procedures as neededReview current DCC memorandum and cascade all information to all DMCI branchesDirectly coordinates with branch point personnel on technical concern resolution through all possible communication resourcesReleases Internal Technical Information on currently resolved concern to all branchesEnsure good working condition, calibration and proper operating knowledge of technical tools.Builds productive working relationships with fellow employees through clear communicationsHas an approachable style; fosters open communication through active listeningAsks relevant questions regarding repair or historiesMaintains open communications with sales, DCRC, Parts, Service Advisors, Technicians and Supervisors of related concerns
