JOB DEscriptION:

Prepare sourcing and recruitment reportsCreate and publish job ads in various portalsNetwork with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during eventsCollaborate with Recruiters to set qualification criteria or rampFacilitate applicant online examsTrack applicantsMust be able to quickly learn how to operate the following softwares: job portals, soft phone, applicant trackersHost and participate in online job fairsFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

STRICT QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any course. Preferably related to Human Resources.Preferably (but not required) with at least 1 year work experience in any field.With a typing speed of at least 45wpm (test here for free: https://www.typingtest.com/).Good English communication skills, both verbal and writtenProficient or knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel and Word), Google Docs, Zoom, various office applications, and online meeting platformsCan report daily (Monday to Friday) to TIMOG AVE corner EDSA., QUEZON CITY office.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php14,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
