Coordinates transfer team for transport of heavy, medium and light equipmentHandles rentals of heavy equipment, scheduling of equipment hauling, and general clerical duties.Manages lease of heavy equipment, Inventory, Dispatch, Insurance, Revenue Reports, and permits.Coordinates the rental and transportation group of heavy equipment with project engineers.Continually focuses on achieving heavy equipment profitability through effective management of all fleet within the assigned area in particular maximize heavy equipment usageReviews equipment requisitions in line with construction requirementEnsures safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operational requirements.Manages effective utilization of heavy equipment vehicle assets.Conducts fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met.Ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of heavy equipment's through regular inspectionsUpdates and submits required reports (Equipment Utilization Report, Income vs Expense Summary etc..) in a timely manner.
