Kaizen Officer (Industrial Engineer)

Job Summary

Updates plans and programs and spearheads the planning, development and approval of the overall Kaizen direction in the dealer with the buy in of all stakeholders.Leads in the development of the dealer kaizen culture through the following activities such as Suggestion System, QC Circle Activities, Kaizen Trainings, Internal Kaizen Activities, Obeya Room etc.Monitors and controls the progress and sustainability of department activities.Interfaces with other departments to verify transaction report data and issues.Develops and implements new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.Support management with special projects and workflow process Improvement.Facilitates SGA (Small Group Activity) meeting for every department

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

Graduate of any 4 year course but preferably Industrial EngineeringWith at least 1 year work related experienceWith background on AutomotiveProficient in oral communicationHardworking and ResponsibleComputer literateArticulate and keen to details
