Primary Job Responsibility
To incumbent ensures the availability and functionality of relevant and necessary plant machinery and vehicles to meet business objectives. Identifies opportunities and new ways to improve the operations of the PMV Department. Ensures that all PMV personnel are capable of doing their assigned duties effectively.
Educational Requirement and Experience
-Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
-with PRC License
-At least 5 years related work experience

-Ability to establish a team effort that promotes working towards a common goal
-Solves problems while ensuring rules and directives are followed
-Identifies complex problems and reviews related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
-Ability to analyze issues and trends for the innovation and improvement of the organization
-Establishes effective control systems and rules
-Driving skills with driver’s license
