StrategyPrepares plan for product development projects to ensure cost-efficiency and delivery.Develops and manages a project milestone schedule and work plan ResourcesEstimates project costs and ensures delivery of the project within the approved budget CultureChampion the use of Project Management System to all associatesTeamDrives retention and development of Project Management SystemProvides and Develops timely support to clients through real-time Project Status ReportSupports Market Business Unit and Product Design Development in Bucket 1 in project scheduling and scopingFacilitates change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.Programs & ProcessesDrives and ensures planning, execution, and finalization of projects within scope and based on quality standards according to approved schedule and budget.Executes the development and implementation of systems/policies and procedures to effectively and efficiently manage areas within project managementConducts processes and procedures as basis for implementing risk management interventions.Establishes effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.Conducts post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.GovernanceMonitors project progress and make adjustments as neededPrepares and reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information to the Market Business UnitJob Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Industrial or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.
