DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operates, installs and services common equipmentUndertake regular preventative maintenance and repairs.Records all meter readings.Records all spares/supplies consumed.Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of tools and work area.Assists the Engineer in technical matters.Implements necessary routine maintenance works.Monitors, reports and rectifies machine troubles.Assists in machine servicing works.Does various building maintenance work such as carpentry, masonry & paintingActs as Reliever for TechniciansAssist in Service Desk works.Does messengerial works.Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.QUALIFICATIONS:
Willing to work roving in Makati City and QCCandidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.With experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of A/C SystemPreferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
