Pollution Control Officer ( Senior Engineer)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical) or any related field.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing field.Knowledgeable in applicable laws and regulatory requirements relating to waste management and pollution prevention.Knowledgeable in water pollution control system, air pollution prevention and treatment for toxic and hazardous wastes.Accustomed to pollution control reporting.Computer proficient, knowledgeable with CAD is an advantage.Good understanding of technical matters concerning environmental science and environmental pollution control.Can work with minimum supervision.Capable of building effective and productive work relationship.Has the ability to work with various projects at a time.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Willing  to locate in Lipa City, Batangas1 Full-Time position(s) available.JOB DEscriptON:Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventive measures.Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives.Support the development of OHS policies and programs.Monitors activities relating to pollution source and control facilities to ensure the compliance with the air, noise and water quality standards.Administers operation and prevention of pollution control facilities.Reports the breakdown of any pollution control facility and estimated actual date of completion/ repair and operation.Cooperates with Local government Units or local pollution control officers.Attend meetings for Pollution Control Officer which may from time to time be called by DENR.Handles waste management, pollution prevention and other concern in relation to environmental issues as required by the company.Do renewal and application of necessary permit to PEZA, LLDA, DENR, DOLE, FDA, PDEA,PNP and other agenciesREQUIRED SKILLS:BOSH TRAINING PCO TRAINING
