Monitor site progress and prepare Daily Activities Report;Ensure quality of MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection & Sanitary) works and compliance with approved contract drawings, construction specs and installation schedules;Coordinate with MEPFS Contractors and Engineers;Coordinate with Civil, Structural and Architectural Engineers;To be part of proactive Construction Site Team.Review shop drawings and other contractor submittals for compliance with construction documents.Complete assignments in a timely manner, with quality and as required by the immediate supervisor.Review plans and specifications for constructability and program adherence₱ 25000-35000 PHP / Monthly
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer.Minimum education level: Bachelor's Degree.With at least 3 years of experience in related field.Knowledgeable in MEPFS works, Materials quantification, Automatic Computer Aided Design and Supervision.Knowledge in Primavera is advantage.Extensive experience in HVAC and Fire Pro is advantage.Willing to be assigned in Macapagal Blvd, Pasay City.
