JOB DEscriptION
Regularly review, revise and implement the company’s Quality Management SystemDefine, review and revise processes, and implement new work methods for continual improvement of company performancePromote awareness and conduct training about the Quality Management System and Quality proceduresPerform audits to ensure Quality Management Plans are understood, implemented, and maintained at all organizational levelUnderstand the principles of Key Performance Indicators as they relate to performance management of the different departments and business unitsDefine, review and revise Key Performance Indicators to support the achievement of the organization’s strategic focus areasMonitor and validate achievement of KPIsPlan, lead, and implement Internal AuditsPrepare periodic performance reports complete with trend analysis and recommendationsProvide performance evaluations for compliance to international Quality Systems such as ISO 9001:2015 through audits and surveillanceOther duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by managementEXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in business management, or industrial engineering or engineeringProgressive experience in a similar roleExcellent command of the English language (spoken/written)Expertise in ISO 9001:2015 QMSProven experience in implementing a quality management system preferably for a company in the Property Construction and Development industryAbility to understand the different processes and overall operations of the companyStrong stakeholder engagement and leadership abilityAbility to work with and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders of the companyAbility to manage change effectivelyMust possess strong organizational/time management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProfessional, tactful and diplomatic when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
