Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient execution of engineering operations to support the plant's requirements. It includes supervision, analysis, recommendation, and standardization of refrigeration systems, compress air systems, power systems, steam systems, and preventive equipment maintenance. Manages daily plant engineering activities.

Analyze and recommend strategy revisions for the attainment of PM goals; Strategize maintenance execution for cost efficiency & reliabilityEnsure efficiency and reliability of refrigeration systems and their components.Recommend system upgrades, modifications, or acquisition to support plant requirementsEnsures optimum and uninterrupted supply of all utility requirements such as fuels, compressed air, electricity, etc.Ensures all sanitary, electrical code, mechanical code and building codes were properly addressed and complied withInitiates and recommends project concepts that necessary for future expansionAbides Company Policies, Rules and Regulations on Discipline, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, Quality Schemes, Safety and other related Company Policies being implemented

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in any Engineering courseAt least 3 years of experience in any Manufacturing Industry at the same capacityPRC Licensed Engineer with a professional licenseBackground in refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilating system, electrical power, water, steam, compressed air supply, system and other rotating equipment operation and maintenanceMust be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna
