Duties and Responsibilities:
The Capability Development Instructor Senior Analyst is responsible for the overall capability development program in specific business units in Accenture Operations (specifically F&A biz unit). He/She is expected to provide direct support to business unit(s) of high complexity.
His/Her responsibilities include:
Directing/Conducting the needs assessment cycleAligning and managing business needs with solutions, quality, etc.Designing and developing capability development solutionsCoordinating or delivering capability development eventsChecking, analyzing and evaluating of data and training resultsCollaborating with other internal teams line Delivery Team, Mobilization, Operations, and other teams to ensure proper and smooth training are being deliveredQualifications:
College graduate of Accountancy or any Accounting and Business related courseCPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is an advantageMust have at least 3-5 years Finance and Accounting experience – Record-to-Report(RTR), Oder-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay(PTP)Knowledgeable in Financial Reporting is an advantageTrainer experience is an advantageSAP knowledge is an advantageKnowledge in MS Excel functionsHow to apply?
