Qualifications

With TESDA TrainingCan drive a motorcycle with a licenseWith 1-year experience in Building maintenance worksKnowledge of basic carpentry, RAC Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, plumbing, and all necessary equipmentAble to read blueprints and technical drawingsProficient with manual and power toolsFamiliar with code requirements and company safety regulationsAbility to complete tasks unsupervisedAttention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

Conduct tests and assessments of new systems and repairs to ensure qualityAssemble and install electrical panels, wire harnesses other electrical equipment, and plumbingRespond quickly to all service requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair electrical systemsCommunicate estimated timelines for repairs to those impactedInstall new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as neededPerform preventative maintenance on a regular scheduleLog all services and report progress to ManagementUtilize and store all equipment properly
