Office Engineer Reporting to: Construction Manager Unit: [Construction Unit] Section: [Construction Section] Department: Construction Management Division: Program ManagementJOB DEscriptION SUMMARY o Ensure prompt submission of all Program Management Officer/Engineer accomplishment report for each on-going Capital Expenditure Project and transmission of these reports to other departments. Consolidation, assessment and monitoring of reports particularly on these major KPI’s. ➢ Disbursement ➢ Pipelaying ➢ INFRA ➢ Project Close Out ➢ Other reports related to Construction Management MAJOR RESPonSIBILITIES o Capex Projects (simple to moderate projects) Monitoring/Consolidation of project documents and monthly reports for INFRA, disbursement, pipelaying and other matters pertaining to CAPEX contract management. o Conducts follow up to PMO/PME for the submission of project documents and reports. o Creation of summary report monthly for the disbursement, pipelaying, infra, and documents submission for project close out. o Ensures correspondence tracking of from and to contractors, Maynilad and other parties. o Reviews and monitors submission of documents for the closing and turn-over of completed CAPEX Projects within the Service Level Agreement specified for closure of each contract. o Ensures systematic control of all CAPEX-related documents including plans and contract documents, submittal from the contractors, correspondences, accomplishment reports, and close-out documents. o Monitoring and coordination with CA group for any required documents to process VO/TE. o Does other related tasks as may be assigned.QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM EDUCATION Licensed Civil/Mechanical/Sanitary/Electrical/Electronic and Communications and Industrial EngineerWORK EXPERIENCE One (1) to three (3) years experience in project/construction related works Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) and/or Construction Occupational Safety & Health (COSH) training is an advantage
