REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering, with license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)With at least 5 years of experience as a Mechanical EngineerKnowledgeable in repair and maintenance of machines and equipmentGood oral and written communicationMust be flexible, dynamic, and a good team playerWilling to work on shifting schedule/weekends or holidaysAbility to work under pressureRESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, estimate, install, testing and maintenance of air-conditioning, ventilation and mechanical systems including fire protection in accordance with industry standardsRepair and perform preventive maintenancePrepares preventive maintenance checklistsEstablish program to evaluate precision and accuracy of equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical for all facilities and equipment of the plantSupervise and/or monitor the activities of maintenance techniciansCoordinates civil, mechanical, electrical and other engineering works required for the maintenance or upgrading of the plantExecutes repair and maintenance works safelySolicit prices of specified equipment and materials from accredited vendors and suppliersPrepare trouble report status, maintenance reports, equipment history, equipment turnover as well as maintain these recordsPerform other duties as requiredCOMPANY BENEFITS:
