JOB DEscriptION:
Assists the Assistant General Manager, General Services Department, in the inspection of all the buildings of NYK-FILAssists in monitoring all repairs done in the building, equipment, furniture, and fixturesAssists in ensuring that security guards are properly briefed and that they comply with company rules and policiesHandles requests for repairs of building, equipment, office furniture and fixturesPrepares and monitors the inventory and preventive maintenance of office furniture, vehicles and building equipmentPerforms other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the immediate superior related to the attainment of the department objectivesJOB QUALIFICATIONS:
