Key Responsibilities
Ensure hiring procedures are in compliance with our company and Government policiesAnalyze reports on employment statistics including but not limited to; cost per hire, source of hire and diversity of recruiting initiativesManage recruitment budgetPlans and evaluates the sourcing methods used to recruit quality candidatesResponsible for selecting, training, developing, and managing performance of direct reportsNegotiates service contracts with third party vendors for temporary staffing, reference checking, and pre-employment drug testingEnsures a positive new hire on-boarding experience by constantly seeking ways to improve the curriculum, content, methodology, delivery, and processRespond to and support organizational challengesOur most successful candidates will have:
Minimum of two years in the same level, experience in a BPO setting is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive and professional mannerReliability in following through with commitments and responsibilitiesThe ability to work in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings and initiativesProficiency to work in MS Office
