Job Summary:
Facilities and Safety Management Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all Company buildings and its facilities that are assigned to him are conducive for work and safe for employees and guests while ensuring a cost effective environment for the occupants to function productively.
He / She is responsible for inspecting buildings to identify maintenance issues while supervising multi-disciplinary staff to meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards. He also ensures that programs and contracted services will be implemented according to plan.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Facilities and Safety Management Supervisor is expected to:
Recommend and implement the General Policies and Procedures for Facilities and Safety Management group.Recommend Facilities Preventive Maintenance Program for their assigned facility/property. He is also in charge of the implementation and monitoring of the said program of their assigned facility.Identify and comply with all Facilities Management related government regulations.Implement Safety and Health program of the facility assigned to him/herConducts regular site inspection of assigned facilities.Performs other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Job Qualifications:
College graduate, preferably Engineering background and relevant license.At least 5 years of related experience in Property Management. Familiar with implementation of Preventive and Corrective MaintenanceFamiliar with warehouse facility managementBackground on safety, security, and health protocolsWilling to work in Malate Manila and do onsite visits to other Primer Offices.
