JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Candidate must be a graduate of Electrical Engineering with Licensure of RME and REE.Must have Certificate of Project Management Professional (PMP) or any related trainings/seminar relating to Project Management.Proficient in the use of Project Management SoftwareAt least 5 years and up work experience as Project Manager in Telecommunication Industry.Willing to assign in any project site of MIESCOR Telecommunication Business UnitKEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides Managerial and Technical supervision of the overall planning, execution, monitoring and control of the project activities.Responsible for ensuring achievement of the Project's Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), Quality, Time and Cost targets.Directs the review and implementation of budgets, detailed schedules, work plans and manpower projections.Resolves project delay problems.Handles the organizing, staffing and updating of the project's table of organization in coordination with Human Resources Department.Manages client relationships.Meets with client regularly regarding project concerns.Ensures that the safety programs are properly implemented in the project site.Provides regular, timely, and accurate reports to the Business Unit Head and raise issues or concern should there be any.Ensure compliance with permits, licenses, and other statutory requirements.Complies with the proper operating procedures of SHE standards and regulations.Support and implements Environmental Management System with respect to their job.Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedure, CREED and Corporate Governance.Protects intellectual property, company proprietary and confidential information.JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the planning, execution, monitoring and control of the overall operations of his assigned project. He is responsible in managing all contract negotiations, and successfully complete the project with the goal of meeting schedule, meeting quality standards, and staying within proposed gross margin projections while maintaining good customer and vendor relationships.
