Geodetic Engineer analyzes control or survey data to ensure adherence to project specifications or land survey standards.
Reconnaissance/occular inspectionSurveys such as relocation, topographic, as-built, layout, levellingMonitors while pouring cement on the roads, building or other related structuresTransactions with government agenciesPrepares and coordinates on what to be use on field, processes and analyzes data points from fieldwork.Prepares land property documentation report/property status and/or technical reportReports to Project Manager prior to the current layouts.Team leadership and managementReviews and ensure the quality of survey worksProcesses survey data points from fieldworkPrepares and processes complete survey returns using GE-survey application and E-survey application, submits to LMS - DENR for approval; also the survey returns for LRA Plan approvalProperty acquisition, land titling and/or transfer of title, tax declaration transferProduces survey report/GE report to the projectJOB QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed Geodetic Engineer with at least 2 years relative working experience such as supervising Survey TeamKnowledgeable in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Projecting Lot Data in Google Earth Pro Application, QGISSurvey technical researchFamiliar with residential/construction projects. Exposure in governmentAmenable to work in EDSA Magallanes office and can start ASAP
