JOB DEscriptIonResponsible for all field operational activities relating to the safe and efficient Operations of the Power Plant.Performs operations including start-up and shutdown of Generator/Turbine main plant components and auxiliariesPerforms operations in accordance with established SOPs and job safety standardsRespond to abnormalities and take corrective actions consistent with established operating procedures and good engineering practiceOperating computer controls to monitor transmission lines, generators, and other equipmentOperate and control Generators, Turbines, power distributing system, and DG power plantRegulates Generator load, frequencies, and line voltagesLead the daily field activities of the operationFollow up the daily maintenance activities with the Plant Maintenance DepartementQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Engineering - Mechanical and ElectricalLicense EngineerExperienced in powerplant operationMaintain effective working relationships across organizational boundariesAble to apply systematic problem-solving processes to address the routine issue
