Reports To: LPG Technician Lead / Cluster Supervisor
Position Purpose: To conduct monitoring and preventive maintenance of the LPG supply at Vista Mall in Bataan.
Key Result Areas:
Areas of Coverage:
o Storage Tank Farm
Receive LPG deliveries from ILC
Conduct daily stock inventory and reconciliation
Order LPG on behalf of Vista Mall
Ensure that the surrounding has a high safe environment
Report any abnormalities of the system. (i.e. paint status corrosion, visible pitting, regulator, pressure gauges, etc.)
Conduct monthly leak testing
o Main Gas Distribution Line
Conduct random surveillance check to LPG main gas distribution line
Intervene and report any Mall vendor activities that may create potential risk to gas piping system
Report any abnormalities of the system. (i.e. paint status corrosion, visible pitting, pipe support, etc.)

o Locators’ stub-out
Conduct random surveillance check and inquiries on their operation about any abnormalities.

Timely submission of gas meter reading to billing and collection section of ILC.
Conduct periodic (annual) basic safety check (visual) on locator gas piping system.
