The Sustainability Officer will work with the CSO to address the organization’s approach to corporate sustainability strategy by creating a comprehensive plan, formulating sustainability strategies, and developing a framework, to strengthen and embed sustainability in the bank's business operations.
He/She proposes strategies to reduce the bank's overall population footprint (or ecological footprint) in order to reduce the energy consumption, recycle more often, find ways to reuse materials and reduce pollution output.
In accordance to BSP Circular 1085, he/she will also work with internal stakeholders to develop a Sustainable Finance framework that embeds the sustainability principles and practices in the cycle of raising of funds, deployment of funds thru the credit granting processes and the deployment of the proceeds of funds raised for the purpose.

Bachelor's or master's degree in business or an environmental science fieldProfessional Experience
With 5-10 years of work-related experienceCertifications in environmental management and sustainability are a plus.Knowledge / Skills Required:
