Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of subcontract packages.Monitor signed agreements related to project to assure accuracy of services delivered by subcontractors and suppliers.Determine & negotiate contract terms and conditions that aim to reduce costs & increase profits while complying with existing laws and regulations.Analyze and review business contracts for financial agreements for the project such as purchases, suppliers, & rental agreements.Initiate timely communication to all parties concerned for any potential delays in the project in order to avoid or at least, minimize it.Provide support to negotiations, assess and prepare for claims resulting from any deviations of the contract.The successful candidate must be a bachelor's degree graduate with at least 4 years related work experiences, must have the ability to analyze & interpret legal & technical documents, with strong communication skills in both oral and written, proficient in Microsoft Applications, a good team player, resourceful, highly motivated and independent individual, and with high degree of time management and problem-solving skills.
