QUALIFICATIONS:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Environmental Management/Science/Engineering or equivalent.Required skill(s): Pollution Control, Waste Treatment, Environmental Safety, in depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliances, excellent written and communication skills, MS Office.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for environmental permitting related tasks to support planning, development, construction, and operation of Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. projects nationwide from environmental, aeronautical, maritime related agencies such as the DENR, LLDA, Local Government Environmental Board, PAMB, CAAP, NPC and Philippine Ports Authority.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Stay updated with local environmental regulations. Do research work for new guidelines on environmental, aeronautical & maritime related permits.Draft and prepare all documents and correspondences needed for the company’s application for environmental aeronautical & maritime related permits and licenses for its projects.Requests, follow-up and secure from different departments, company, person any pending document requested including status thereof.Check plans for submission to verify compliance with guidelines and design standards set by the proper government agency.Prepare permit applications and agreements as needed by Regulatory Agencies pertaining to environment, aeronautical & maritime related permits.Calculate, review request for payment and receive payment for permits fees and incidental expenses; posts payment information to departmental records according to standard procedures;Conduct and/or assist in the ocular inspections in coordination with the concerned project engineer with government representatives relative to the permits being processed.Attend hearings, meetings and/or conferences called by government agencies related to environmental, aeronautical & maritime permits application and provide reports of such activities.Obtain, maintain, modify, and renew environmental, aeronautical & maritime permitsClosely coordinate with the proper government agencies for all requirements. Liaise regularly with different government agencies for environmental, aeronautical & maritime permits processing.Submit weekly, quarterly, monthly and annual status and accomplishment reports of projects handled for permits and licenses.Prepare annual budget projection of the project permits for processing.Operate standard office equipment, including job related computer hardware and software applications, facsimile equipment and copiers.Maintain a working knowledge of technical and specialized rules, regulations, policies, procedures and activities regarding permits and licenses.Accomplish regularly all RCD environmental, aeronautical & maritime related forms.Handle other matters of concern as required by his/her IS/Department or Division Head.
