Implements company policies and procedures given from the Head Office and ensures the compliance thereof.Maintains physical and digital files of employee records. Creates onboarding plans and orients newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.evaluates employee performances and may recommend the appraisal of benefits thereof.Prepares official internal documents such as offer letters, endorsement letters, certificate of employment, clearance form, and memoranda.Takes appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.Monitors attendance and ensures that all the employees' schedule are properly set.Submits monthly & weekly reports to the HQHR such as master list, recruitment tracker, case tracker, mandatory contributions, and remittances.Coordinates with partner agency regarding concerns, reports, and status of employees.Updates and maintains the employee records in the Dingtalk and Leaf system which includes but not limited to, adding and deactivation of employee(s), change of employee information, and other account related maintenance.Recruitment - Sourcing potential candidates from various platforms, Interview candidates, send job offers and list of requirements, and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.Prepares Time Keeping of Organic and agency employees.Office Supplies Requisition/Monitoring and Audit.Monitors employees leaves.Ad hoc tasks given by Commercial Manager, TSM, and HQHR.₱ 15000-25000 PHP / Monthly
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology and any related course from a reputable institution.
