Responsibilities:
Responsible for the EOL process development, characterization, validation and qualification for new packages.Improves manufacturing techniques, introduces new processes/equipment to production.Interfaces with production and other engineering and support groups to ensure the most efficient processing techniques.Develops process control on new processes developed.Identifies and conducts studies on materials suitable for the package & processPerforms large scale process validation and performance reviewPerforms process training to the manufacturing/operations teamQualifications - External
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in EngineeringWith at least 7 years of experience in EOL Process EngineeringHas background in the application of Six Sigma process methodologyStrong skills in SPC, DOE (Design of Experiments), QC Tools, Global 8D, Material Science, Technical Risk Assessment and Decision Analysis The candidate must also have strong interpersonal, English communication and problem solving skills and be able to work effectively in a self-directed environment
