Job Summary
The Facilities Supervisor will focus on the vendor contracts, billings, turn over documents, safety training/applications, DENR requirements, fleet rentals, and fuel consumption.
Duties and Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
1. Monitor vendor billings, contracts and SLA’s2. Monitor Fleet rentals, fuel consumption and billings.3. Provide training and application for Safety
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil EngineeringPreferably a licensed engineerSO2 and PCO certificate is advantageAt least 3 years of experience in building, facilities, and fleet managementWith electromechanical experience in building and facilities. Knows the standard engineering requirements and materials for projects and repairsWith valid driver's license and can drive both manual and automatic transmissionCan handle pressure to meet project, activity and payment deadlinesCan read and understand floor plans, diagrams and designProficient in MS Office Applications and CAD
