Assist in the preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP), QA Scorecard Template for Pre-Construction and Construction based on project scope of work and assists in the preparation of Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).Initiate the Pre Activity Training and Orientation on Quality (PATOQ).Ensure submittals are approved and signed for construction before conducting PATOQ and conducts random checking of materials, Plans and Methodology if it complies with the approved submittals, and measuring tools and equipment are calibrated and properly in working condition. .Prepare daily Progress Inspection Report (PIR), weekly scorecard and NCR monitoring, Hand-Over Monitoring and Acceptance rate and Monthly QA report.Conduct in-process inspection and witnesses pre functional testing.Monitor daily activities and compliance to Quality process for the preparation of weekly project scorecard.Hold–Point Release of Work Request (WR), verifies compliance of the work activity from the approved plans and specification and ensures all works are completed prior to any inspection being undertaken.Provide progress information for incorporation into project reports.Prepare/inform Non-Conforming product to Senior QA Engineer.To line in the Quality validation and close out with field operation and Subcontractors prior to hand over to SBU/APMC to achieved 100% acceptance rate.Checking of prepared residential unit quality records as required by the project closeout.Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
